The Safe Guide to Heal Trauma & Attachment
Befriend your body, learn to become safely
embodied, and feel the relief that comes when you clear your triggered inner world.
Deirdre Fay, MSW has decades of experience explores the intersection of trauma, attachment, yoga and meditation, teaching “a radically positive approach to healing trauma.” 35 years of experience as a psychotherapist and educator exploring practical ways transformation occurs. Deirdre’s approach is called a radically positive approach to healing trauma. Deirdre’s message resonates deeply with those who may look successful on the surface, but internally feel plagued by shame, anxiety, distress, depression – wondering why they’re stuck in repeating relational and life patterns. Her third book Becoming Safely Embodied (2021) became a best-seller before it was published.
...a word from Deirdre Fay:
"One of the great joys of my life has been to walk with people on a gentle path to healing. Combining the best of trauma and attachment theory with practical skills makes a solid platform. When you add the nourishment of yoga psychology and body awareness you open an even bigger portal for healing."
