Meet Evey Rosenbloom, an honors graduate of UCLA and grandchild of Holocaust survivors, who brings a unique perspective to her work as a happiness coach and podcast host. Evey learned at a young age from her grandparents that anyone has the ability to push themselves from darkness to light, if they are willing to pick themselves up, allow themselves to smile and move forward, one step at a time.
Evey has dedicated her career to helping others find joy and overcome adversity. As a youth development counselor for at-risk youth in foster care, treatment plan coordinator for adults and children in a psychiatric hospital, and caseworker for the homeless, Evey has a wealth of experience working with those who are facing challenges in their lives.
Evey brings a unique perspective to her work, having personally overcome daily vertigo and migraines, as well as post partum depression and anxiety. After being told by multiple doctors that there was no hope or cure, Evey turned to holistic methods such as meditation, affirmations, journaling, visualization, positive lifestyle changes, and spiritual practices to improve her well-being.
Evey now works one-on-one with clients to help them boost their joy, overcome anxiety and depression, and thrive in their lives.
